Clean and comfortable duplex apartment, warm and cozy. Just 3 minutes walking from city center, very hospitable and nice hosts. They put cofee maschine and it’s free for guests. Top recommendations!!!

It was on two levellers , with a small kitchenette.
It was clean, quiet aria. The bed was very comfortable with a beautiful bedding
The owner was pleasant and offered to help to take our bags out from the car 3 min walk from Bianca resort. Centre of the city . Beautiful garden in front.
There was no cutlery even the apartment had a kitchenette. Plates and some pans were there, but no cutlery. I was not planing to cook really but I did bring some food from the restaurants and I couldn’t eat it properly.
Also, there was no additional toilet as it was stated on your website. Check in you your website states 00-00 and I chose 11am and it was granted.
However, when I arrived there I was told this was misinformation and it should be 2pm! The previous guests were still in the apartment. So we went to the hotel nearby u till it was ready ( didn’t take long time). The owner did offered another Accor. But I wanted this one as it had a a possibility to be less intrusive to another person.
Sleepers were not in the room and I had to ask for them.
The fridge was off and we didn’t know and put our medication ( injections) that they need to be in the fridge. Just to find out next morning it was switched off.
I did explain in and show to the owner what it stated to your website and advised him to get in touch with you so it can be corrected .
The other thing that was puzzling : there is a door on the bedroom but nothing above it. So even if you close the door, you can still hear everything from downstairs ( it’s very acoustic) as there is no wall of any kind of barrier in between.
From the conversation with the owner , I feel he is open to any feedback and likes to improve things and that is very refreshing. I wish them well.
