De hygiene van het appartement was goed. Alleen de dekens zijn wel aan vervanging toe.
Er was geen duidelijke aanwijzing in het gebouw waar ons appartement was. Het bestond uit 3 secties blijkbaar, maar een plattegrond bij de ingang was handig geweest.

nicht sauber schlechte Beleuchtung Klinge an der Wohnungstür defekt Kühlschrank Glasplatte fehlt Kleiderschrank Türscharnier lose Holzverkleidung lose am Sofa Bett Staubsauger ohne Saugkraft Toaster keine automatischer Auswurf. Defekt Fester schmutzig Wäscheständer verbogen Duschvorhang zu lang Brausenkopf lose und undicht Steckdose im Bad ohne Funktion Eingangstür nur mit Kraftaufwand öffnen und schließen Schubladen in Kommode schließen nicht Schubladen oden lose Geschirr schmutzig, Gläser und Teller Nicht ausreichend Kochgeschirr Kochfeld eingebrand Küche im Gesamten nicht sauber, fettige Griffen und Türen Kaputte Kleiderbügel Staubflocken in der Toilette Vorhänge nicht in der Schiene, hängen runter Abgewohnte Wohnung Dunkle Flecken an den Wänden, eventuelle Schimmel Skischrank zu klein Preis zu hoch für die Qualität der Wohnung
