Beautiful place on the lake Palić. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is elegant and is conveniently located near the lake. The rooms are nice and specious. The breakfast was also really good. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and we hope to go there again.

There wasnt nothing special.
I hardly dislike pool, which is the only reason i went to that place. Water in pool was extremely cold like it was not usable. All of the guests were complaining to the staff about that, then lady came to measure the temeperature and she said that its 27 degree which is impossible and they refused to warm it up because of that. Then I complained to the staff, and she told me that manager doesnt allow to warm up. After i came back to the hotel that first night, i complained again hopping that they will warm it up for tomorrow which is second and last day of my stay. They didnt warm up the pool even for one degree... I was so dissapointed. Pool was ice cold, i even tried to swim in the pool that dont have a spave and depth for swimming and i couldnt stay in the pool even after swimming. There were no guests using the pool, every time it was empty. Father came with a girl to pool and she started crying when she touched the water. So i want to say its a shame to offer luxury hotel with pool and spa, where its not usable. The only reason i choose that is because of indoor pool and i couldnt use it. My weekend and trip are wasted, so as my money. I could book a cheaper apartment wihtout pool if i knew it.
