the location was great , and it’s a beautiful hotel in the woods.
the food was great and the kitchen and front desk staff were wonderful
the pool was closed for cleaning for the entire day our grandkids wanted to use it . our suite for four had no soap or shampoo, the shower didn’t drain our dirty tray stayed outside our room for 24 hours …. even after we asked for it we got no shampoo or garbage can , and our shower was never fixed .
the suite had no plates, cutlery or cooking pots . no paper towels either
There is no kitchen running Sunday either
