I'll split the reservation in half - it won't fit all of it. The reservation was made a month in advance, I asked for a room on the highest floor, corner and quiet based on reviews. Upon arrival we were given a room in the middle of the building facing the parking lot and a balcony shared with someone. You could hear everything! In this hotel they accommodate I with pets, due to the fact that there are carpets everywhere - not suitable for allergy sufferers. Dogs bark in the rooms, people take them for breakfast and dinner - where is the hygiene? I'll start with the car park. It's worse for bigger cars to back out when they leave... On arrival there is nowhere marked where the reception is. Only the restaurant and the entrance to the reception is through the restaurant. The receptionist was nice, she had everything prepared in advance. You order dinner every morning at breakfast - you pay on departure. In the morning at breakfast, table marked with our name and invoice for stay with breakfast. Room was spacious - hallway, bathroom (shower), lounge with TV and sofa and access to balcony, bedroom. The balcony as I mentioned was shared, unfortunately the Germans smoked there every day until 0:00 and were noisy. We all know how the Germans behave on holiday - they always think that everything belongs to them and everyone will submit. As we have a young daughter - they couldn't air out, after alerting I to the disturbance of the night they didn't care. Unfortunately, every evening the staff from the kitchen went to the garage under the balcony to throw out the waste, or from 22-22:30 again noise. The room was also directly above the kitchen, so the smell and noise - terrible. And we were supposedly supposed to have a quiet room. The view to the other guesthouse across the parking lot.

Breakfast the same every day! Sweet breakfast is not customary - in a stay of 6 days it was 2x in the form of croissants. Savoury breakfast - Scrambled eggs, bacon, up to 3 types of salami, 2 types of cheese. No gluten free bread, 1 juice and water. Coffee they make plain for better (cappuccino) you have to ask for - not offered. Then you have a dinner menu on the table. Soft drinks expensive - coca-cola 3,25€ and beer 4,75€. We ordered dinner twice, it's a trick to get money out of you, there is no drinks menu, you barely sit down and they ask you what to drink... You don't know what they have and for how much, the food is over-salted, the Slovak chef goes to get beer and then the food looks like that, they let you pick salads from the buffet first, they keep asking what else to drink, and only after about 30-40min they come to ask if they can bring soup... You have to ask for every course. Pool and sauna in the next building - they don't tell you about it when you arrive, you find out in your room from the manual. My daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday here - the staff did not wish her - the guests did... They gave lollipops to strangers and their children from the street who came to eat. Cleaning a disaster - see photo (someone's sock X years old), daughter found a foreign powder on the floor and wanted to eat it as a "candy"!!! On departure, the waitress came to us right at breakfast when we would pay for drinks..., and when we would leave. We barely had time to sit down... Far from the centre, no view in a highly built up area.
