Hotel's location is fantastic – right in the city center, yet surprisingly private thanks to its charming, semi-enclosed garden. Our room and balcony were both generously sized, offering ample space to relax. The SPA is a real highlight, featuring a diverse selection of saunas, a couple of fun water slides, a dedicated children's pool, and several jacuzzis.
The room was disappointingly dark, cold, and damp, furnished with an outdated and overly ornate style. Breakfast was mediocre; the bread and croissants were stale, and the scrambled eggs, while acceptable, lacked appealing garnishes. The coffee machine was slow and noisy, suggesting it was quite old.
Furthermore, room service failed to clean the room during our stay. While the self check-in process was advertised, it didn't function as expected when we arrived before the designated check-in time. This was resolved at the reception desk. The mini-bar selection also seemed illogical given the self check-out system, as purchases couldn't be charged there.

Breakfast was good, great selection.
The entrance code we received on the day of check in was invalid. Self check in process was a nightmare. The system was not operational. Alternatively we were asked to walk 400 metres with our suitcases, or wait 25-30min for someone to come down and solve the issue.
I stayed with my two daughters and had to sleep in one bed, as the sofa was broken.
