Location perfect .
The staff very helpful especially murat on reception who chatted with me
Also sunai lovely girl who works on the bar in the restaurant on the 3rd floor !
My only problem was the noise coming from upstairs which was very loud and went on until 3am. I told reception and they helped with a complimentary vouchers

Thought the location. Setting and cleanliness was excellent
I constantly felt like I was being rushed. As guests we shouldn’t be made to feel like there’s a time limit all the time. We were rushed out of the bar quite aggressively and rushed out of the breakfast room in the same fashion. At the end of the day people are on holiday. Finishing breakfast at 10am is not realistic for people who have paid a high price for a relaxed breakfast. we’ve stayed at other Hilton’s which were very relaxed about timing and we felt like guests. At the end of the day we are on holiday Not at work and many times we’re made to feel like part of the workforce
