Great location for the Piece Hall and the free parking was a bonus. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable and the bathroom was massive! The staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and replenished constantly.
It didn’t seem like enough staff were on duty. When we arrived there was one staff member checking people in, fetching irons, running the bar, answering the phone, the poor guy was rushed off his feet. When we returned to the hotel in the evening there was no-one on reception at all and a fellow guest who had locked themselves out of their room couldn’t contact anyone on the ‘out of hours’ number. That said a business that offers a value hotel has to find the cost savings somewhere I guess.

Parking is located right next to the hotel, and the room was spacious.
The walls are very thin which makes it rather difficult to sleep, despite the “strict no noise after 10”, not to mention the very uncomfortable bed which felt like we were laying on metal springs. Room could of been a bit cleaner.
