We stayed in a studio apartment and it was comfortable and convenient for our family of 3. We booked through Agoda. This hotel is just a collection of apartments. There is no reception desk where you can check in. We were supposed to get check in instructions ahead of time but that didn't happen. The contact info given to Excelsior by Agoda was a US phone number but not ours. Also, direct phone contact doesn't really work for international travelers. Direct messaging through Agoda or directly through email or even WhatsApp would have worked. Anyway, a kind stranger wad able to put us in contact with the Excelsior office where we were given the code to a lockbox to get our keys. The rest of the checkin was done through WhatsApp messaging. So my advice is to seek out the check in instructions ahead of time if you stay here
