Location, place for parking at the street, old structure but recently renovated and clean. The room was cozy and big enough for family with 3 members.
The heat. Not just this buliding but every building of this type in the area doeasn't have any insulation, and even the AC was on it coudn't keep the temperature low enaugh to sleep in comfort the moment when you turn it off, so you have to keep the balcony door open then you hear the people outside. There is free WI FI but it is imposible to use due the number of users conected at same time. So if you need WI FI you should wait until 12AM or early in the morning before 10AM. But you are there for the vacation and not for the WI FI.
