Very old world charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The property needs a facelift. The old world charm is great but some new carpet ad sprucing up would help a lot.

The dinner and the breakfast were great and the waiter in the dining room was very nice and friendly.
The room was very dated, the shower had a curtain, and the view was on an internal wall.
On the floor, some old, wary carpet. I asked if other, better rooms with a better view would have cost more and the people at the reception (not the most friendly) replied that the rooms had the same price but they didn't have any other available. I know this is not true because we saw people checking out and checking in, so probably they just didn't want to change our room. I should mention that the lamps on our side tables were so old with a wary cable that we were afraid of an electric shock every time we were turning them off and on.
For the amount of money we paid and for the category of the hotel, I would have expected much better. We rarely stayed in such a poor room.

Love the older stylings. Location can’t be beat, right under Mont Blanc. Short walk to the Courmayeur restaurants.
Bed was hard and lumpy.

Great central location
The quality of the mattresses was very poor, you could feel the springs.
The pillows were hard and almost flat.
