Really cozy and well decorated. In a quiet location and well equipped. Lots of natural light, very comfortable bed and lots of privacy.
The fridge freezer was a bit loud overnight apart from it lived everything.

Location was good and very accessible to Hammersmith Tube line which connects you easily to most of London. Apartments were tidy.
We booked a two bedroom unit but that ended up unavailable due to water leak. We were then put into two separate studios for the first night which wasn't ideal with two young kids. Transferred to two bedroom on the second night was a pain (couldn't access until late afternoon) and had to store our luggage at reception and then collect ourselves to move to the second unit wasting valuable time on our short stay. We then got unrightfully charged due to internal miscommunications and had to seek refund (confusion between the move between units). Not well managed.
