I stayed in Honey Rooms Ferrara for 3 days. It was a lovely room. Very neat and clean and tidy. The room was big and had a nice bathroom. Very comfortable.
It would be nice to have breakfast included.

The host was super attentive; they even switched on the A/C before we came so we could find a cooled down room. Location is top, a few steps away from the city center, the room we stayed was big and clean. Breakfast is also more than ok,

The location was excellent, in the centre of the old city, in easy walking distance from all the major sights. The room was spacious with a decent sized bathroom in an interesting old house.
The staff were pleasant but very inexperienced and only present on the premises for a very few hours a day. The rest of the time the building was completely empty with no-one around to help. The room was not cleaned nor the bed made up on two of the days we were there.
