The property is located in a tourist attraction so the host is quite prepared to receive quests. Very professional. The property makes an excellent base to visit all the beautiful places in about an hour drive, and has and well-equipped kitchen, separated from the living area. The view from the bedroom balcony is breathtaking. Excellent flatscreen tv with Netflix. Airy bathroom. Well-decorated and appointed overall. The town is a tourist attraction for skiing and outdoor activities in the summer. So there are many things to do. The town actively welcome visitors by providing cablecar tickets, public bus tickets, public parking, swimming pool access, etc. to visitors through our host. A nice supermarket and petrol station are close by.

For people staying over an extended period, a washer (and, even, dryer) would be welcoming. Presently, one has to drive down to the town's laundromat. It was a bit unnerving, driving in a German town with various, undulating speed limits. For a small town, it was surprising to find a guy with radar gun sitting in an unmarked car. Therefore, you want to keep driving to town to a minimum.
