Good food at restaurant downstairs and price.
Located farther from consulate and on a really busy street. Noisy traffic and late music playing. Older washer and dryer.

Friendly staff. Front desk always willing and available to help.
Someone tried to open our door at midnight. Next morning, seeing police officers outside our door really made us nervous. Later we learned that they were protecting some government official which made us even more nervous. We couldn't enjoy our stay knowing that such characters were there. Honestly, we felt unsecure thinking that cartel people could burst in the restaurant or hotel rooms at any moment shooting left and right.
