Beautiful building, perfect rooms - including the family room which had a super handy kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and neat, the manager was very welcoming and check in was very smooth.

La struttura è estremamente particolare. Un cervo ci ha accolti all' ingresso... Attaccapanni in camera con corna di cervo. Molto molto particolare 🙂. Personale disponibile ed accogliente. Colazione completata e rilassante.

The Hotel is close to the slopes and offers free parking just outside the hotel's door
The reception is closed from 10pm
All the rooms are very noisy, with very poor soundproofing (and dogs barks in the night because of animals)
Moreover rooms were cold because the heaters only worked when in the room (someone getting back from skiing would want to find a warm place)
The breakfast was continental but with minimal choice of savoury food and no fresh food at all (everything was industrial)
The minibar in the room was empty, and no water was offered in the room
The spa is not really a spa. It's just a jacuzzi, a shower, and a cold Turkish bath (the price was not worth the experience)
