Excellent location and the room was a good size and very clean.
There had been previous reports that the bathroom had a smell to it and when we arrived, the smell was still there. One of the staff said they had had the drains checked that day. As the hotel was full, they were unable to move rooms but she suggested we would get a discount the next day. When we spoke to the owner the next day, no discount was offered. They put bleach down but it didn’t shift the smell. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it would be nice if it had been addressed.

Good location near Loch. Room good. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the road so quite a lot of road noise. Bed and pillows a bit firm for our liking but that's a personal opinion we slept ok. There was some sort of tall pipe in our bathroom and smells of sewage (not strong but unpleasant) were coming from it -maybe some seal broken?
