We love Ballyliffin - it was such a busy weekend at the hotel but the staff were excellent. We loved our stay.

only place to sit and relax was bar which was very busy especially on Sunday
staff attitude to complaint about sandwiches
when ordered sandwiches they came with no butter and very little filling eg one small leaf of lettuce, and little ham or chicken
no place to sit and relax apart from reception area which at time was cold and drafty.
lounge available but was always in darkness and no evidence that bar (in same) was open.
