This hotel feels like a trip back in time to my childhood. If you know what to expect (exactly as described on Booking.com), this hotel offers great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the mattress. The host is very friendly and helpful and recommended a nice little hike around the nearby lake.

It is a beautiful place in the valley near a wide river below rather high triple mountain top, the valley begins with a view on a castle. Overall, very nice views.
The hotel built in the times of the belle epoch (~1904) have seen all these times relatively unchanged, i.e. due for some extensive renovation.
