Tuvu slēpošanas trasēm - gan kalnu slēpošanas, gan distanču slēpošanas trasēm. Ļoti lieli un plaši apartamenti. Lieliska mini ferma. Bērni katru dienu gāja pie mājdzīvniekiem.
Ļoti tuvu ceļam. Bija dzirdamas garāmbraucošas automašīnas, kas naktī pamodināja. Saunas un atpūtas istaba bija par papildus samaksu. Lielā divvietīgā gulta grozoties čīkstēja, kas naktī pamodināja. Nebija dušas želejas. Cena par apartamentiem salīdzinoši augsta.
