Neat, clean, simple and safe place to stay for a stop in Strasbourg. It’s a quick walk from the train station and to the old town. It has the essentials in the kitchen and good staff. I found it very clean and a solid choice. It was also wonderfully quiet. I could stay again in a different room. I see the value for money especially at Christmas in Strasbourg, so I left feeling positive.
There were about 30 centimeters to walk in between the bed and wall every time I wanted to get to the kitchen or closet, requiring a strange side shuffle. The room simply wasn’t big enough for two beds and they’d been crammed in to charge for two adults when it should have been a studio. For the price, and with the space situation, I also think having amenities like coffee, tea, coffee filters, salt, maybe oil, would go a long way. Because it was fairly bare bones, the mattresses were old and curved to the middle, and the space was so absurdly used, it felt unwelcoming or purely functional. I certainly wouldn’t stay in that room for more than a couple of nights.

The location was decent for accessing the train station as well as all of the Christmas Markets. It was just far enough removed from the chaos to take a break. I LOVED the addition if the vin chaud in the lobby daily.
The room was a bit like a cell but it had everything that was needed. The bed was hard, and the walls could use a good scrubbing.Im not convinced that the cost of the room was warranted but understand that it was a busy tourist time.

Good location, 10 minutes from train station and not far from main atractiond
When booking the room I had selected two single beds, but when arrived there was given only a double bed. And one of the pillow cases had a yellow stain on, looked like it hadn’t been changed. And there were also some small black hair strands.
I pointed this out to the staff at the reception and they changed the pillow case.

The location is wonderful, general areas are nice and staff is very friendly
We especially booked a room with two twin beds, but still got a king bed to share, no other opinions, since hotel was fully booked. Room was not clean, dusty on top of surfaces. Badroom smelled like urine and there was mold in the corners of the shower. Shower head was not adjustable and stuck to kids height...
