Great view, huge balcony, very spacious apartment,
Somehow we managed to miss the fact that there was a laundry available to us, just outside the door. We should have asked Elisabeth!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf den Vierwaldstätter See.
Der persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und immer sicher gestellt. Die zentrale Lage am See ermöglicht viele interessante Ausflüge.

The host were very nice and the house was pretty spacious
We were asked to keep the house clean and ensure all bed linens are taken out, dishes are done, house cleaned at checkout. The host kept Eur 300 as a deposit to ensure if anything is broken or untidy then it will be deducted. But when i checked my invoice I see Eur 170 charged towards cleaning. THis is absolutely not ok, if we are paying for cleaning then why did the host keep Eur 300 as deposit and also ensure we cleaned the property. We wasted 1 hr cleaning the old house and at the same time paid Eur 170 - this is absolutely not ok
