Friendly and clean.
The room was noisy. My room had airco units close by and there was a constant drone. Note the room didn"t have airco, i think it was the neighbouring hotel's. I asked to change rooms and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However the second room, although being on the other side of the hotel, was just as bad for noise from airco units.
I've stayed there several times and there are quieter rooms, but i think the noise in some rooms needs sorting out.
