In a perfect spot, the beach is just across the road. Beach bar is 50m away, lots of restaurants are on the strip too.
The room was clean and big (2 bedrooms + 1 livingroom) with 2 balconies. Air condition is present and working in the living room, but leaving the bedroom doors open during the day, does the trick. Kitchen has 2 electric hot plate, microwave, fridge.
Water and electricity network needs renovation.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr schön.Restaurants und Bars in direkter Nähe .Parkplatz vorhanden direkt am Haus .Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt .die küche nicht sehr einladend .Kaputtes Wachstuch auf dem Tisch lädt nicht gerade zum Essen ein .Die Matratze im kleineren Bett sehr durch gelegen .Das Haus an sich ist sehr hellhörig an ausschlafen nicht zu denken .die Vermieterin spricht weder deutsch noch Englisch was beim Check in schon ein Problem darstellt .

The surrounding area is ideal for a stay with children, but also for longboarding for nightlife or kitesurfing on the nearby sandy beach in Nin. And of course the owners were very nice.
The equipment of the apartment could be better. We really missed a working dustpan and broom or vacuum cleaner. If there was a washing machine in the house it would have been perfect.
