The room was big, well-designed, modern, with a street view. The room (and the hotel in general) was very clean, with a well-stocked free minibar. The hotel stuff was very polite and accommodating. At the heart of the old town of Dresden, with everything within walking distance, and just opposite from the Green Vault!

According to the reservation, which I accepted, I had to paid in advance, that I did, and I couldn’t cancel or I would have a penalty of 90%. Nothing to say. Arriving at the front desk I was required to perform 100 euros deposit, which was not written in the reservation agreement. I had to say legally they were changing contract conditions, I was going to write an official claim and suddenly, the deposit was not needed.
I understand what a deposit is, it does not need to be explained. What is important here is that you are demanding something that is not included in the reservation contract, which is not admissible.
