We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!
The spa facilities are excellent: a warm swimming pool, jacuzzi, three different saunas, and a steam room, perfect for relaxing. There is also a small gym, which is a nice addition.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome for our child on arrival, she was so happy to receive a little surprise and even her own bathrobe. Such a lovely detail that made our stay feel extra special.
We only wish we could have stayed longer!
There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning.
Access to the spa from our room was through the lobby, which might feel a little uncomfortable for some guests when going there in a robe.
We also noticed a list of prices for damaged or missing items on the back of the door, including things like spoons and forks. Of course, we didn’t lose or damage anything, but seeing this list created a slight sense of tension, as if we could be charged for something small like a lost fork or a broken plate. In this aspect, it didn’t quite feel like a typical 4-star hotel experience.
That said, this did not affect our stay overall, and we would still happily recommend the hotel.

Nice Spa facilities and a fitness room. Good breakfast.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated. Sewage smell in the room. The food in the hotel restaurant is not recommended (we ordered some dishes from the menu in the afternoon). Some of the people working there were not very nice or willing to help. Starting from the lady chasing me through all the spa to see where I am taking the towels to. Continuing with another representative chasing my partner to the car, because they were looking for someone from another room who probably didn't pay. In the morning, before going on a hike, we met our family in the lobby and were organizing the bagpacks, including reorganizing bottles of water in our bags. The man from the bar came and asked us not to do it because we are not allowed to be seen with "water from outside" in their area. And the "cherry on top" was when I was sitting in the jacuzzi with my family, and a (probably drunk) man with a beer in his hand started harrassing me and my family. I went to the lifeguard and asked for help and his answer was "what do you want from me, I am just a lifeguard". This was a very bad experience for me and my family, and the overall stay didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.
