Great location. Short walk to buses and shops and easy access to good walks. Parking was a big plus. Owners were helpful and friendly. Breakfast (8.15 to 9.30) was beautifully cooked with plentiful good coffee. In room drinks were good. Excellent value for money.
We had the smallest room, which was just big enough for us, but the ensuite might be a struggle for bigger people. The other two rooms are bigger.

Very good breakfast choices and central location. Darren and Debbie were excellent hosts and very happy to chat and share their knowledge of the area.
The bathroom was small.

Location was excellent, the room was good for b and b accommodation,the breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. Ideal car park, 5 mins walk into the centre of Ambleside and quiet area with little noise, if any.
All was good. If it’s not broken don’t try and fix it.
