The night staff was amazing. This place has no elevator and she carried my bags 3 floors..
The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was larger than I expected.
The morning staff insisted I check out at exactly 11, not one minute more.
There was NO HOT WATER in the shower!!
The rooms with private bathrooms are on the third floor. The vue was horrible. The bathroom has no heat. I briefly left my room in the morning and the cleaning lady came in and open the windows all the way... The room was freezing and she was trying to rush me out but I stood firm and left exactly at 11. I waited 2 hours in the lobby (that was freezing cold).
