The view from the balcony was amazing - snow covered mountains and the lake, just what Switzerland should be. And being able to watch the sunset from the balcony was very special. It was a short drive into Lucerne which was very convenient. The host was very friendly and offered suggestions about activities in the area.
A washing machine and dryer were listed as part of the apartment, but were located in the basement (down 3 flights of stairs) and were shared. This wasn't really a problem, but the listing is not accurate. No streaming services available, again not a problem but were listed as available and were not.

Monika and Pietro are very diligent in their care for the customer. View was awe inspiring for this Kansas native. Perfect for skiing since the lift is nearby.
