Tem infiltrações no balheiro, em dia de chuva o banheiro fica molhado.

Tudo muito limpinho, chuveiro e hidro com água quente, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. E rio preto passando aos fundos para refrescar nos dias quentes. Perto do chalé tem bar japonês, comida de boteco, pizzaria, choperia. E em 5 minutos andando na estrada vc chega ao centrinho.
