Breakfast was fantastic and wonderful that it was included in the price. The staff were excellent! Very friendly and joined in with banter. Very helpful all the time.

Great location, breakfast was delicious, bed was comfortable. Staff were accommodating in storing luggage and supplying breakfast quickly on the morning we had to meet a 7.30am bus.
If you have any issues with stairs, book ground floor, as the lift is set between floors, still requiring to go up or down stairs. Our room was spacious, but it would have been nice to be able to open the window.

The location and very friendly and helpful staff.
The room did not even closely match the standard presented on the booking.com app. The room was old and dirty with paint and plaster peeling off the walls. The carpet was dirty as was the room generally. There was no Power Point for the kettle, had to plug it in to the point at the bedside table. the furniture was in poor repair. I did ask for a lift accessible room but was not advised that this would be in a far inferior room. An upfront and honest presentation woukd avoid this disappointment. Guests should take care when booking
