Great spot not to far out of town, was upgraded to a room with a view on arrival!
Power outlets blew a fuse, so couldn’t run room and bathroom heating or kettle!

we decided the stay in the room with sea view with a lot of ducks all around, cute !!. the hotel room is clean and good, the bed is fit and comfy and prepared facilities inside room is ok. we can take a walk next to the sea and we can see MONA museum from the pier nearby. it is just 20 mins to hobart city center.

I was impressed with how the staff at both front office and restaurant bent over backwards to helpus: we had arrived early and they tried to shift rooms around to accommodate us. I liked that the room was near the water front. It was reasonably handy to some of Hobart's point of interest.
The room showed signs of being well used and showed its age. The room lacked flow through ventilation - it needed an overhead fan, not the portable fan provided. The room lacked its own microwave; instead we had to use a shared microwave located in the shared guest laundry.
