The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Everything felt new. The bathroom was large and equipped with toiletries, hairdryer etc. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I returned to Pachuca. The staff were friendly too.

Great staff, Greta service, prime location.
Rooms are very out of date for a Camino Real hotel, floors are damaged, windows very dirty.
Couch / sofa were stained in 2 different rooms I stayed.
