This hotel really surprised us, the pictures online don't do it justice! The rooms are very well done, great décor, lighting, amenities and a cool Tuscan space! The check in was superb, Katerina the receptionist showed us both rooms and explained the facilities. always appreciated so you don't miss details. Breakfast was again great, views over the hills and adjacent vineyards give you the authentic Tuscan experience. Parking is easy, drinks and restaurant were also great. We will be returning for another weekend to have more of the experience.
Getting cases around are tough if you have large/heavy ones, not a negative but bear in mind there's some gravel form the car park until you hit the paved path.

Breakfast was okay, not mind blowing. The coffee is terrible as it comes from a bad mass coffee machine. An absolute NO GO being in Italy…
The service, the room close to the restaurant with bad access to the pool area. You need to fight for a bottle of water if you do not buy it in the restaurant, not the typical italian kindness we know from other places in Tuscany.
