Central location to main dining and shopping in Seminyak plus easy walk to beach. Breakfast incuded
No sun at any time of day on private pool as walls around too high, plus water fountain feature very loud. We wished we had taken a 2 bedder.

Perfect stay in a private villa. Excellent location, close to town and the beach but away from the noise. The staff were wonderful, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were helpful with local recommendations and booking activities. The on-site spa and restaurant were both excellent. The room was exactly as pictured. Wonderfully presented and perfectly clean, housekeeping was excellent.

Water pressure was very poor. Air Conditioning struggled to keep up.

Position good. Clean comfortable. Breakfast nice brought to villa. Staff great.
No sun on pool until Late in afternoon. No smart tv only Indonesian channels. No hot water twice during stay. no iron available when needed.
