Excellent hotel with fully equipped studios and apartments, which are cleaned daily. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Protaras, about a 15 minute walk to the center. The staff at the Marija Hotel at the reception and other staff were extremely friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mandalena Hotel Apartments. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room service was excellent, and everything was kept very clean. Although the hotel has an old-fashioned style, all the facilities function well and are well maintained.
The location is not directly next to a beach, but it’s very easy to reach any of them using the 101 and 102 buses, which makes getting around convenient.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and welcoming atmosphere.

At first glance the place looks clean enough, however as it is an old building you start noticing old cracks and stains on the walls and floors. Old furniture with distinct smell. They did however, come and clean it everyday so that was nice.
It's not that close to the sea. If you don't want to walk 25-30 mins everyday (one way) maybe it's not the best choice for you. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes and such close to the sea.
The biggest disappointment was that the A/C was not included in the booking and we had to pay it extra. We didn't know about that. It wasn't mentioned anywhere.
Of course the staff were super friendly and nice.
Overall, if you are looking for something fancy maybe this one isn't for you but if you're looking for a decent place to stay and don't mind the walking it's a nice place to stay at.
