We had a reservation with Agoda, prepaid before our arrival at the hotel. The staff was terrible. At the beginning they told us that we don't have any reservation, that they have never heard about Agoda and is possible to be a scam. We stayed one hour to tell them that we have the reservation, already paid, but they insisted that we have to pay again if we want to get the room. Finally, after they let us go behind the desk and search with them the reservation, we found it. There are two possibilities: they are absolutely retarded or they tried to catfish us. But we spent an horrific hour waiting for the problem to be solved.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, somewhere in a dodgy forest. If you don't have a car, you have to walk more than 2 km to the closest supermarket, restaurant or farmacy. Knowing that, they let you use the pool only if you buy something from the bar. And to be clear: the pool is the ONLY attraction of this hotel.
