Room where comfortable and spacious with a nice size bathroom.
Hard to say really, I guess if there was one thing it was the parking onsite wasn't free. If the hotel was fully booked you'll struggle to find a space.

The bed was comfortable, room cosy and close to the Collonades and easy access to Croydon and surrounding areas if needed.
Towels, handwash, shampoo, body wash are in the room. Kettle with tea and coffee, iron, ironing board, ample wardrobe space and hairdryer.
There is a bar and restaurant on site and lounge area.
It was an overnight break and just what I needed.
During my stay, the lifts weren't working so had to take to stairs to Level 3 although reception would offer help to take your luggage when asked as per the sign bh the desk.
The TV remote wasn't working and when checked there were no batteries, had to turn on the plug behind the TV as well (only TV channels available) which is on the wall when after the batteries were replaced, it still wasn't working.
There was no phone in the room to make contact so I went downstairs to reception who gave me the batteries for me to place in the remote.

Alice in the restaurant was great
The price was cheap
It was advertised as a superior room, I dont know what it was superior to, we didnt even have water bottles in the room.
It was a basic hotel room, but you pay for what you get
I would have been more than happy to pay more for a better quality room, but all the suites were booked
$$$$
