Hotel Rebstock is a very good option for short stay close to Lucerna. Everything was to our liking, starting with very friendly and helpful young man who helped us to check in. The hotel has free parking space, that was important for us, room was comfortable and breakfast was ok included in the price. Traveling through Switzerland this was one of better choices in that price range. I would stay there again.

Self Check-In is convenient (when in works), room was very clean and spacious. Free coffee & tea offer is also nice. Convenient free parking in front of the hotel. It is a good option for a short overnight stay.
Booking.com information online and in the emails states that breakfast will be provided, however this is wrong and the hotel DOES NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST SERVICE (anymore?). Hence we had to be satisfied with 1 croissant left for 2 as part of the free coffee & tea offer, as other guests before us might have had also some breakfast expectations and ate all the other croissants ordered for the day. Of course, the hotel cannot influence behavior of other guests. But the hotel could put a little written guidance for the coffee room and more importantly update the information provided on booking.com to set the expectations right.
Before check-out our room key card got blocked and our reservation got deleted, so we needed to handle this with the support as we were not able to enter our room again. This took some time due to technical reasons (support on phone is responsive), but luckily someone from hotel staff came and let us in, so that we could pack and leave.

Room was sufficient in most ways.
Only downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room.

Clean, well appointed, simple and functional room. Clean bathroom. Overall nice hotel and clean interior. The coffee is good.
Frugal breakfast (yogurt, cereals, bread, jam, a little cheese and meat, 3 fruits that run after each other) breakfast price if you don't sleep on site 18.50? For this price, even in Switzerland, we could have a bigger choice.
Nobody has the reception for a country hotel, it really sucks. Just an electronic terminal (which works very slowly by the way). It lacks a warm human.
Looks like welcome. the services and breakfast of an airport hotel, but the location (Lucerne countryside) and price not related.
It is an expensive price for a hotel far from Lucerne (35min by car) and that even for Switzerland.

Noise from the works, the road and the train next to the hotel. For a small village there is traffic!! OMG
There are many comments (more than 100 that I have read) in many languages and nationalities that are of the same opinion as me, it would be good to question yourself)
Please note that there is no restaurant in the hotel and I only saw one in the village.. in other words, you must have eaten elsewhere before spending the night there.
The free water is actually tap water put in a small glass bottle (same taste and smell)
