Location and staff were lovely. Very easy to get to. Charming historical building and garden right on the Liore. Brand new spacious bathroom. Room was spacious with 14 foot high ceilings with a peekaboo view of the river and a view of the garden from the bathroom. Restaurant on site was good but short staffed.
Accessibility is limited due to no elevator. Bed was a double not a queen even though the room was very spacious so a bit tight for two people. Room was cold. At least extra blankets were provided. Walls were bare (no wall art in the room) so it felt cavernous not cozy.

Nice continental breakfest with all you need. No reasons to compain. Good caffee. Nice and friendly staff.
Could have been cleaner. There had been some spiders' webs in the room and in the corridors. Fitting perfectly overeall mood of the hotel ;-)

The emplacement was pleasant and quiet.Breakfast was surprising pleasant.
No staff to welcome you in the hotel of the supposed standing. All dealt through a machine under a courtyard.
A terrible staircase inappropriate for older persons as not possible to grab a handrail and very narrow. People should be inform that there is no lift and no one to help with luggage when you have to climb 2 floors.This hotel could be magnificent but badly managed in winter. After a lot of searching in the ground to find someone to say we could not have that room as my husband could not do the staircase , we got given another room in an outside building on ground floor although very big not heated and television not working and flooding shower in bathroom.
A great shame for such a lovely hotel which is probably only good june, july, august and september. Restaurant closed all winter and information wrongly given about it.
Only one lady found to try to help us who was helpful.
