Virtually next door to bus, train and ferry terminals. Old town few minutes walk away. Many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, nearby.
Very clean and comfortable accommodation for our short stay. No lift but our apartment on 3rd floor wasn't too many steps to get to, had a nice sized balcony and views over the harbour, which made up for it. Bed a little too firm but we had no trouble sleeping. Cooking utensils a little sparse but ate out anyway, mainly used for making breakfasts and sandwiches. Nice welcome from reception and it was manned most of the time.
Apartments were in a quite street and couldn't hear hardly any car/bus traffic, but being behind the train station, some trains ( not all) were noisy at times, however we really did not find it an issue and it did not impact our enjoyment of the stay. If we were travelling through Split again, we would stay here again.

Location, possibility to get into the room well before the official check-in hours, luggage storing facilities.
The room is very small; the shower room is also so small that it is difficult to move inside. Also, the shower curtain does not help, so you have to clean up water from the floor to avoid flooding.
