Kleines gemütliches sauberes Zimmer . Schönes kleines Bad .Personal am Telefon sehr nett ( vor Ort keines ) durfte Hotel eine Stunde länger nutzen
Frühstück wurde leider abgesagt ,wegen Krankheit. Was sehr ungünstig ist zur Weihnachtszeit ( hatte vorher angefragt ob in der Nähe was ist ,alles zu ) und ohne Auto ,mir wurde angeboten in Saarlouis zu frühstücken .Geld wird rückerstattet FLEXIPASS funktionierte nicht ,nach Telefonat dann Zimmerkarte Ein Tag hatte ich auf Reinigung verzichtet ,Nächsten wurde leider auch nicht geputzt

Er kwam speciaal iemand naar de accommodatie om het ontbijt te verzorgen. Installeren van de check in app lukte niet, iemand heeft mij op afstand geholpen met toegang tot de kamer.
Geen persoonlijk contact, restaurant gesloten. Verplicht installeren van een check-in app (ongewenst, en het lukte ook niet ivm slechte 4G verbinding)
