We had a relaxing stay at the hotel with lovely breakfast, friendly staff and spacious room. The location was superb with just 1-minute’s walk from St Ives station and 2 minutes from the beach. Falling asleep with the soothing sound of waves was extremely peaceful. Also, the room was equipped with a good fan which kept the room comfortable at night. It’s a perfect place for anyone who plans to spend plenty of time by the sea.
The shower area could benefit from added storage for putting toiletries. The shower switch was functional but slightly loose and could be better secured.

Room was nicely furnished and spacious. Breakfast was very good. We also liked the fact that we could park and charge our EV car on site. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately the upstairs rooms were very hot due to high temperatures. No fault of the property, but better cooling facilities and practices would have helped.

Veiw from 2nd floor balcony, breakfast, Cookies a nice touch.
Grubby room & balcony. No coffee machine or bottled water. I was really dissapoinred because other reviews were good.
