It’s in a nice location
There are several issues;
1. Car park wasn’t accessible on the day we arrived and property rejected to do alternatives and advised us they won’t be responsible for refunding the parking fare we paid. Hence Just Park had to rebook us at another parking location which was 30 minutes away and we walked to hotel
2. It would be advisable for the property to mention that the parking isn’t free and we have to pay for the parking. Also to mention that we cannot access the property without entering low emissions zone, as it would help the guest avoid paying £30 each time they access the property.
3. We booked a two double bedroom but we were given 1 double bedroom with a bunk bed for 4 adults.
