1. location, location location
2. When i booked i didn't realize the scope of YHA. It was a real pleasure discovering how HSA is committed to let children and youth live experiences that otherwise they probably cannot live. A reason more to came back again.

The metal plague on the wall near the bed could be displaced or rethinked. people risk to hurt while sleeping

The YHA is in a Lovely location next to the canal. We had our own room to sleep 5 of us with an en suite. The beds were comfortable. There is no kettle in the room but there is access to a shared kitchen which can be used for cooking as well as hot beverages. There is also a bar. The common room area is very nice there is lovely outside seating next to the canal. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. It was good value for money
The en-suite was a bit like something that you would find in a caravan . It had quite a bit that you had to step over to get in and out of it which I think could have warranted a mind the step sign. Towels are not provided automatically you have to pay a small additional fee if you want them

The location is not too bad but how come I have to pay the car park in this facility.
Food expensive, cake at the counter was out of date. Bathroom in the room was dirty and difficult to access if you have issues with lift it up your leg
