Booked a twin room and triple room (12th October - 13th October) as we are travelling in a family of 5 and decided just to have a quick nap to recharge before we head to another destination early on the next day. Received a twin room’s room number on the day itself for self check in however I did not receive any room number for the triple room. We arrived at Lulea train station around 10.30pm and stepped into Park Hotell at 11pm. Dropped the hotel a message regarding the room number for the triple room however no response. Tried to call the number thrice provided in front of the door but to no avail. We were so drained and tired but still have to deal with all these issues. To our surprise, we received our triple room’s number at 4am the next day (on 13th October - which is the date we are supposed to check out)!
Besides that, on the TV screen showed that the breakfast from Monday-Friday will start at 6.30am and ends at 9am. We woke up at 5am (the time I saw that the Hotel just messaged me 1 hour ago). We were waiting at kafeteria until 6.45am however no staffs were seen and no trace of food were being prepared at all!
I have emailed Park Hotell on the 13th October and sent them a message through Agoda’s message property features and I have even reached out to Agoda to help me get a response and refund from this hotel however WE RECEIVE NO REPLY AT ALL FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS! Even Agoda told me they were also waiting for Park Hotell to reply to them.
This is really unacceptable and disappointing. I hope that this hotel can really improve and revise on all the policies and protocols. Everyone wants to have a good stay just to recharge themselves before continuing the journey. However, this had made our day ruined and everything we tried to do has no solutions from the hotel at all.
