My final night in Tasmania and it has to be the worst. Some stairs to clear between car and room. Big room but poorly furnished. Bed was too soft(worned springs). There are lots of space but doesn’t have enough stuffs to make the stay comfortable. No place to hang my jackets, no bath robes…. Noise shielding is very Poor. They provide earplugs though.

We are so impressed by the location of the hotel including free parking and the cleanliness of the room. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Definitely will come back next time too. Only suggestion to improve as per our view is request to make the rooms bit sound proof. We could hear all the discussions happened in common area and wise versa. Overall it’s a lovely place

The accommodation is situated at highland, be aware if you wanna park your car as the road might be steep when you drive to the parking lot, and just a gentle reminder for those who brought many luggage and with old seniors along, as there is a long and steep stairway to climb to the entrance of accommodation, to consider before booking. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and spacious, antique style.
