Hugely recommend this hotel. For a party of 3, we booked a very reasonably priced family room and it was a very good size, excellently kitted out with great coffee - Nespresso and boutique chocolates. As well as good tea brands. Both coffee and tea had decaf options. The room was comfortable with good toilet and shower and unique bear themed decor.
The hotel's breakfast which is included in the room booking was the best I've had in a very long time! This consisted of a buffet cold starter of yogurt, fruit, cereal and also a warm cooked breakfast - the full English was most excellent!
Staff were very helpful and professional, but the whole place felt homely and not corporate or unwelcoming in the slightest.
Great location to explore the New Forest or nearby seaside towns such as Bournemouth, Poole or Portsmouth.

I booked a standard double for a single night solo trip and could not fault the facilities that that room offered....it had just about everything that was required. Comfortable double bed, modern shower room and the hospitality tray had everything. There was a coffee machine with pods, kettle with excellent selection of teas and best of all......a fridge with REAL milk in it and bottled water. Chocolates and a token for the G&T was also a nice touch!
Breakfast was really good. Self-service choice of cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit and pastries followed by an excellent hot 'full English' cooked to order!
Really can't fault the value of this place and would definitely stay again.
