The hotel has a very good location, staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has the basic amenities and is clean.
Low pressure for hot water when taking a shower.
Breakfast got many good reviews , but next time I rather will explore other breakfast options outside the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, clean, friendly staff and very central in location.
The evening meal was not as good as I had expected from friends who had visited this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to visitors to MONTECATINI.
T`he eveningmeal ini the hotel restaurant........far below par. Too much salt used in he dishes I ate. The breakfas was acceptable but the coffee was almost undrinkable. They should serve coffee from the hotel bar

Lovely breakfast room. Breakfast was the best part of the hotel.
It was very old. Paint peeling on bathroom walls in 404. It must have been wonderful in its glory days but now it needs a big refurb. It was 1 star at best. I was very disappointed to be honest and I feel mislead by photos.
