Excellent for families. Plenty of variety to keep everyone entertained after a day of skiing. Great common areas (bar, buzz place, restaurant, gaming area, pool and theatre)

Young, friendly, good communicating staff
The bar and facilities (table tennis etc) on the top floor.
Indoor parking.
We asked for a room for 3 persons. An extra double bed was opened in front of the balcony door which occupied the space and could not use the balcony.
The pool area was crowded and noisy, mostly families with young kids.

stunning views, exceptional food, very clean, comfy beds, wide range of on-site facilities, very family friendly, pet friendly, easy access to ski hire and transport to and from the airports and the slopes, walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants aswell as ski lifts. Staff very helpful. Great wristband feature to pay for drinks with ease and to settle the bill at the end of your stay, half board plan was very well thought out.
i didnt like that i couldnt stay longer ! but we will be back

The Spa treatments were great and the team at the Spa was super!
The food was bad and most of the staff not very friendly.
